We want you to love your order. If you don't, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

How to return an item

1. Email us with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back.
4. Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive it.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or wrong.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or doesn't work, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you don't need to send anything back.
