Processing time

Every order is checked and packed with care, and processing takes 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also check the status any time on our Track Your Order page.

🎄 Holiday shipping cutoff

To receive your order before Christmas, please order by November 20. Orders after this date are shipped as fast as possible, but holiday delivery can't be guaranteed.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states and APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
